These are the Terms & Conditions that you accept upon accessing and/or using this website or placing an order for a subscription as listed in Services
section of this website. If you don't agree with any of these, you are advised to write an email to info@smartpredictor.com requesting cancellation of your

Smartpredictor.com - Buying of Services
By accessing “Smartpredictor Site” (hereinafter “we”, “us”, “our”, "Smartp","Smartpredictor", “http://www.smartpredictor.com/board”), you agree to be legally
bound by the following terms. If you do not agree to be legally bound by all of the following terms then please do not access and/or use “Smartpredictor
Site”. We may change these at any time and we’ll do our utmost in informing you, though it would be prudent to review this regularly yourself as your
continued usage of "Smartpredictor.com” after changes mean you agree to be legally bound by these terms as they are updated and/or amended. The
nature of Smartpredictor's forecasts gives away a materially useful information on markets and copyrighted intellectual property. Due to this fact we have a
strict NO REFUND policy for all payments.

Smartpredictor treasures and respects all of our fine subscribers. Smartpredictor will not be liable for any copyright infringements arising from a member
posting copyrighted content without its authors explicit permission to post it on Smartpredictor. Smartpredictor is not liable for site outages and as such the
members of the forum relieve Smartpredictor from any obligation to compensate or any other monetary liability arising out of site outages. By agreeing to

You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated or any other material that may violate any laws be
it of your country, the country where "Smartpredictor" is hosted or International Law. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned,
with notification of your Internet Service Provider if deemed required by us. The IP address of all posts are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You
agree that “Smartpredictor” has the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should we see fit. As a user you agree to any information you
have entered to being stored in a database."Smartpredictor" doesn't store any payment related customer information in its databases as Paypal is used as
the payment gateway. Therefore, any customer profile data relatedtheft or breachs at Paypal.com are not "Smartpredictor's" liability.While this information
will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, neither “Smartpredictor” nor phpBB shall be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may
lead to the data being compromised.

"Smartpredictor" reserves the right to remove or edit any post, comments or discussions for reasons that maybe infringing upon the pre-defined or undefined
forum moderation rules, at any time. If after repeated warnings by Moderator of this forum the member doesn't conduct himself or herself, "Smartpredictor"
will be forced to de-activate the account as much as we wouldn't like to do that.
