Your CSCO studies prompted me to see what Smartp Strategy Grid says for this stock.

SECULAR BUY is issued at > 25 WEEKLY/MONTHLY CLOSE for CSCO.

However, given the current status of all lower wave degrees 25 is the first target it is aiming for and it could prove to be a decent resistance for now.
