1. Expect a low in early part of week on Tuesday (CIT hour 11-12 am local time).
2. A secondary retest of this low should occur either at Thu CLOSE or Fri OPEN
3. Overall the week should have a BULLISH close
4. Expected range for week is 21189-21879 – given PRICE momentum – else observe cycles per attached intra-week Cycles. Worst case range 20794-21532. Thus, Tue lows by 11-12 am (range 20794-21189). TIME or PRICE.
